Ballot Details: Subcommittee reporting preference (non-binding) (CLOSED)

Ballot Question What is the best way for the TC to receive SC reports?
Ballot Description We had a proposal last meeting to limit SC reports to 1 per month (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xliff/201203/msg00007.html). The proposal did not receive a second. So I will (for now) conduct a non-binding ballot to see where the group stands on this issue. The proposal can still be formally proposed, seconded, and followed by a binding ballot at any time of course. But perhaps this non-binding ballot will prepare us to most efficiently use TC time to discuss the topic.

Also I'm thinking that moving the SC reports to after the XLIFF 2.0 technical work agenda item could help.

1) Continue to have each SC report at each TC meeting
2) Limit each SC to one-per-month reports at TC meetings
3) Moving the SC reports, as described above satisfies me

Limit each SC to one-per-month reports at TC meetings When the P&L committee was created, it was specified that the SC would report monthly.

No reporting limit was specified for the Inline SC.

Moving the SC reports, as described above satisfies me In fact we said P&L is to report AT LEAST once in a month. So this should not be interpreted as a limit..
