Yes I agree that the TC work is done, there are however a few pending issues (apart from the changes specified on the last SC meeting) to be addressed at the TC level, including
1) extensibility of markers, 2) re-segmentation related issues 3) impact of storage size/length restrictions module. When handing over to TC, it should be made clear what is the outcome and that the above is left for TC level resolution. Cheers dF
