Members of the TC approve requesting that TC Administration initiate a Special Majority Vote to approve Transformational Government Framework (TGF) Pattern Language Core Patterns Version 1.0 Committee Specification 02 contained in https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/tgf/document.php?document_id=47716 as a Committee Specification? The TC affirms that changes have been made since the last public review. The changes made are documented in https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/tgf/document.php?document_id=47716. The TC judges these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the OASIS TC Process (http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#dNonmaterialChange). Amendment Posted on Thursday, 13 December 2012: I have just loaded a slightly revised version provided by TC Admin since the ballot opened. This has no impact on the changes to fix the broken links which are the subject of this ballot.
