I move that the TC approve OData ATOM Format v4.0 Working Draft 04 and all associated artifacts packaged together in OData Atom WD04 as Committee Specification Draft 03 and submit it for public review for a duration of 15 days. Further, I move to designate the MS Office version of the Work Product as authoritative. Mike seconds.
