Do you 1) approve moving PKCS #11 Base Spec v2.40 w05 to Committee Specification Draft, as posted by Chris Zimman on 7-Oct-2013 at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pkcs11/download.php/50945/pkcs11-base-v2%2040-wd05.doc (normative text) and 2) if this ballot passes, request OASIS administration to initiate a public review of the Committee Specification Draft, with the proviso that the public review draft includes the most current list of participants and incorporates any known editorial corrections.
