Description

There are two competing proposals on streaming: 1. Tim H. to bring forward a proposal based on presentation https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/kmip/download.php/51616/KMIP-CryptoStreaming-v1.pdf 2. John L. to bring forward a proposal based on presentation https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/kmip/download.php/51620/KMIP-CryptoStreamingObject-v1.pdf 3. Both 4. Neither (No streaming support in 1.3) Given that there is no unanimous consent on a go forward plan, we need to create a motion to decide the go forward path on who spends time to come up with proposals.
