Description

Do members of the XLIFF TC wish to approve the clarification of the TC charter contained in https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/xliff/trunk/XLIFF2.0Charter/XLIFF%20TC%20Charter%20Clarification%20diff.docx?rev=525&sc=1? This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 13 voting members. In order to pass, at least 9 (2/3 x 13) members have to vote Yes and no more than 3 (1/4 x 13) members may vote No.
