Issues list as at 15:30 utc, 25 March 2004. I have renamed the "Area" entry to be "Categories", and allowed multiple values for Categories, with issues appearing in the categories table under each of the categories assigned. I've added back the various categorizations that had been assigned earlier by the issues group with a few exceptions. Category "compensation" excludes issues concerned with inter-process coordination and covers only in-process compensation. Category "Technology concepts" has not been reinstated. I have also shortened the three longest issue names because they make the tables untidy.
