This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [1]. The TC roster currently lists 6 voting members. In order to pass, at least 4 members have to vote Yes and no more than 1 member may vote No. Shall the TC adopt the clarifications to the procedural rules detailed in the following message: https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/virtio/201712/msg00002.html and shall the proposed patch be applied to the virtio-admin repository?
