I move that:

1. The TC approves virtio 1.1 Committee Specification Draft
Virtual I/O Device (VIRTIO) Version 1.1 CSD01
as a Committee Specification Draft and designate the TeX version
of the document as authoritative.

Clarifications about the ballot:
This is substantially the same draft as WD12122018
approved for public review by
https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=3287
with mostly editorial changes.

Unfortunately OASIS rules disallow date numbering.

Accordingly for public review the draft was re-based
to latest github version.
Almost exclusively editorial changes, but to avoid
complex history rewriting it includes a (previously approved)
bb32d2a packed-ring: fix used descriptor checking in example code
which is just a fix to an example code.

Revision and diff have also been fixed.

I am not sure this vote is required but let's do it just to
have our t's crossed.
