Ballot Description This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 12 voting members. In order to pass, at least 8 members have to vote Yes and no more than 3 members may vote No.

Yes Any changes made to this specification should ALWAYS be based on the business AND technical value the changes provide. One dimensional changes will impede adoption. Additionally, a detailed written specification - in addition to the XML schema - should include a broad set of examples designed to encourage developer adoption of the ECF standard, expedite product delivery, and - most importantly - ensure application interoperability across implementations.
