Ballot Description At the February 2020 KMIP TC face to face meeting Anthony B (Cryptsoft) proposed a new "Obliterate" operation to remove all trace of an object including all Attributes. Makes it VERY clear that amongst other issues the UUID becomes reusable

Obliterate I understood it this way

Obliterate:
1. to remove utterly from recognition or memory
2. to remove from existence, destroy utterly all trace, indication, or significance of

Obliterate Purge and Expunge have definitions where something BAD is being removed which is not the case. Obliterate and Eradicate have meanings that something is completely removed.
