Conference Call
Attendees: Marty Sachs, Peter Ogden, Jean Zheng
Jean will update her message document with the results of recent emails and today’s discussion. She plans to distribute it by the end of the week.
Marty reminded everyone that during the requirements discussion we said that the CPA template, NDD, and final CPA should be able to be exchanged either by exchanging URLs or by attaching the physical documents to the messages. Jean will ensure that the message definitions allow for both modes.
We decided that we can assume that there is consensus on Jean’s message design. After she completes her document, she will go ahead and start designing the message schema. She believes that only one schema will be necessary, covering all messages. Marty mentioned that we will need some explanatory text in the specification and suggested that Jean begin thinking about that as she updates her document.
Following the rule that we decided during the last conference call (meet only if there is work item input to discuss), we will meet next week since Jean’s update will be available.
