Minutes of CPPA Negotiation Conference Call May 15, 2002

Attendees: Marty Sachs, Kartha Neelakantan, Jamie Clark.

Marty announced that there will be no conference call next week, May 22; we will have a call on May 29.

In view of the sparse attendance, the call was short and we did not get into any technical details.
