Minutes of CPPA Negotiation Conference Call July 17, 2002

Attendees: Neelakantan Kartha, Dale Moberg, Hima Mukkamala, Marty Sachs

Marty pointed out that he has posted a template for the negotiation specification. It brings together in one place information scattered in different documents and identifies sections which need more work. He encourages everyone to take a look at it,.

Hima gave a detailed explanation of the BPSS document that he posted to the list. The BPSS instance captures the negotiation that happens between two parties A and B, and accomplishes this without using multi-party negotiations or switching of roles. He has agreed to post a picture that corresponds to this BPSS instance document and some descriptive text soon.

Kartha and Marty emphasized that we should get going on the NDD soon. It was agreed to postpone this work to begin in one or two weeks time when we have more participation.
