Validate requirements already posted to web site 4. Capture any new requirements 5. Prioritise Requirements – Must have to would be a nice feature 6. Create work plan 7. Assign roles for work plan 8. Conference call schedule and initial volunteers to host, tentative date for next face to face meeting and ideas for a location. 9.
