Minutes

We discussed the changes to 4 documents from the last call.

Action: Paul to review David’s changes

Action: Joss to review Paul’s changes

We discussed issue COEL 26, Joss recommended not to use separate credentials but to add an additional security mechanism to any high risk operation. The was generally supported and we agreed to review in the next call.

We discussed the need to have a simple mechanism for users of specification to define their own custom encoded fields where the appropriate fields were no yet available (COEL & BAP fields). We discussed the idea of 10xxx codes could be used anywhere in the COEL to add additional fields where need to speed development prior to standardisation. COEL-50.

We also considered asking Chet for an update on progress if we had not heard anything after the 19th Jan.
