Review latest work on specification:

  • no changes needed as the ballot for committee specification is open

Discuss current issues:

  • Last meeting minutes were approved
  • Following Chet's feedback, it was decided to edit the meeting minutes using the format documented here: https://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/TCHandbook/Best-practices-for-meeting-minutes-v1.0.html posting the minutes in the calendar event first and then copying them manually to the mailing list. It was thought that the calendar tool was doing this automatically but it wasn't.
  • The ballot closes tomorrow, expected to be approved. We will continue the specification process in next meeting
