"I move to approve the Chair requesting that TC Administration hold a Special Majority Vote to approve submitting LegalRuleML Core Specification Version 1.0
at http://docs.oasis-open.org/legalruleml/legalruleml-core-spec/v1.0/cs01/legalruleml-core-spec-v1.0-cs01.htmll as a Candidate OASIS Standard."
