The Court Filing 1.1 Proposed Standard DTD file is accessible via the following link. There appears to be some incompatibility with Internet Explorer browser when opening the file directly, so it is highly recommended that you download the file to your local hard drive before launching it. You may elect to download rather than open the link by: Right-clicking on the link (from a PC) and selecting "Save As" or "Save Link As". On a Macintosh, click on the link and hold the mouse button down until the menu appears, then save the file.
Once you have saved, you may launch the application from your hard drive and should have no problems.
