Comment:The R&E Community has a long and effective history of technical innovation based on truly unencumbered open source. The reasons for our orientation, and the way that it fosters successful invention, are well-documented. However we do not wish to derail the OASIS SAML process and so will abstain on this vote. If paperwork-encumbered work items arise in the TC, we will raise our concerns at that point. |
