Comment:Wherever the meeting is held, please make sure there is adequate dial-in and conferencing facilities so that people unable to travel can effectivelhy participate. Nothing fancy required, but make sure we don't end up w conf w no such facilities.
Also, as has been suggested, please plan for presentations that can be web conferenced. I expect we can use the Oracle web conferencing facility for this purpose, assuming there are adequate internet facilities at the site. |
