Thanks for making it clear that the inline markup can be used outside of XLIFF.

I think it is great that we already now have an eye on giving clear and binding guidance to implementers when to use which code. We should gather lots of real world example for the guidelines. Whenever possible, these should also address the question "What was the situation in XLIFF 1.2".
