Abstain

My first inclination was the common work should be pulled together to avoid confusion and duplication. This doesn't mean a specific and separate work product is required but the human work should be undertaken and reviewed in a common subcommittee. It can be decided later where it is best appropriate to capture this in the OASIS work product sense. Given the comments, I chose to abstain at this point as the decision is premature, IMHO.
