Well, so far, it is an unofficial work product - in other words, we are handling it as a separate document.

Currently it contains:

IDs, markings, vocabularies (controlled and extended), timestamps, cti-core, descriptive-properties and relationships.

All of these apply equally to STIX and CybOX.

As stated, why document this in two places??
