The Section 2.11 of the OASIS TC Process states,
"A TC may clarify its Charter only for the purpose of removing ambiguity
or for narrowing the scope of the topic defined by the Charter. The TC
may not broaden or otherwise change its scope of the topic of work."

And this proposed text is exactly "removing ambiguity" and "narrowing the scope of the topic", because the open-ended list without enough examples is very ambiguous. Enough examples of the list help narrow the scope. So this proposed text doesn't violate the rule of OASIS TC process. It clarifies the charter better.
