Comment:As Section 2.11 of the OASIS TC Process states,
"A TC may clarify its Charter only for the purpose of removing ambiguity or for narrowing the scope of the topic defined by the Charter. The TC may not broaden or otherwise change its scope of the topic of work."
Although the proposed additions to "applicable work" are certainly useful documents, I think that including them in the Charter is not appropriate. It does not fit the purpose of "removing ambiguity or narrowing the scope of the topic," which is the ONLY acceptable purpose for clarifying the Charter.
