Comment:While I believe the current state of ECF 3.0 has indeed come a long way, I believe the specification should be further vetted, and should be proven in a production environment prior to being presented to COSCA/NACM for consideration as a national standard. I do believe that a lot of hard work has gone into producing a standard of value, and appluad the efforts of those involved. |
