*A limited number of complimentary passes are available for government employees. Passes will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis until limit reached. Registering before 1 Sept is encouraged. Valid government ID will be required.
Note: You do not have to be actively participating in OASIS to qualify for the Members rate. Any employee of an organization that holds membership in OASIS (see list) is eligible for the Member rate.
- What's Included
Registration to ICS includes access to the two-day Symposium program, luncheons (10-11 Oct), coffee breaks, a reception (10 Oct), and associated event materials.
- Registration Policies
Registration payments may be made using a credit card or company check. If paying using a company check, please forward a copy of your registration form and payment directly to the OASIS Registrar. Please make checks payable to OASIS.

All registrations will be processed only when full payment has been received. Registrations must be paid in full by 5 October 2012 in order to be valid.
Should you be unable to attend the event, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Notification of any substitutions must be communicated to OASIS Registrar, no later than three days before the event.
Cancellation within 21 days of the event will require payment of 100% of the attendance fee. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to OASIS Registrar. No refunds will be allocated after 17 September.
Upon request, OASIS will provide invitation letters to those traveling to the conference from countries where official documentation is required for visa applications. Please forward your request directly to OASIS Registrar.
