Margaret LaBrecque

Margaret LaBrecque serves on the Board of Directors; her term extends through 2020. Margaret is Director, Ecosystem Development for the Intel Open Source Technology Group where she builds industry partnerships to advance open source projects in areas ranging from IoT to robotics to the data center.

Margaret has participated on the boards of open source projects, standards bodies, and a data visualization company, and was president of the board of a 100+ member industry group focused on 4G. In the early 2000’s, she initiated a global effort to open up billions of dollars' worth of spectrum on a technology-neutral basis – converting the positions of more than a dozen countries to achieve this objective in record time at the United Nations.

Margaret has been a Visiting Scholar at the Stanford Graduate School of Business where she also received her MBA, and holds a Master's degree in EECS from MIT.
