Kelly Cullinane

Kelly Cullinane (kelly.cullinane@oasis-open.org) is a Senior Program Director with over 12 years of experience in program management, operations management, event design, and communications. In her current role as Senior Director of Standards Development she works to help OASIS better serve our Technical Committees and Open Projects. 

Previously, Kelly was a Director at Copado and New Context responsible for multi-year programs with the United States Government Executive Branch. Her portfolio included operations, standards development and management, strategic planning, partnerships, event management, and client management.

Prior, Kelly served as the Director of Communications for a security-focused non-governmental organization where she formulated the first external communications strategy to create a unified messaging program. In addition, she was responsible for and led the program team for domestic and international events. These flagship events were held across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States and were attended by US Senior Executive Branch officials, Senior private sector representatives, and their European counterparts. 

Kelly has a Masters of Arts in National Security Policy and holds a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
