Publish an Approved Errata

Use this form to assign Project Administration the task of publishing an Approved Errata.
  • Please enter the full name of the Technical Committee or Open Project.
  • Enter the main working email address for your project (e.g. oslc-op@lists.oasis-open-projects.org or cti@lists.oasis-open.org ). A confirmation copy of this assignment will be sent to the address.
  • Enter the Errata title and version number.
  • Provide the link to the minutes or ballot containing the motion to approve the Errata. Note that the motion must include the link to the Errata package to be published.
  • If the Project is also providing a copy of the Standard incorporating the approved Errata, please provide the link to the zip file.
  • Provide any additional information you wish to communicate to Project Administration here.
