Use this form to assign Project Administration the task of holding a Special Majority Vote to approve a Specification Draft with Non-Material Changes as an OASIS Committee or Project Specification. Generally, this is only needed for Technical Committees because of their requirement to hold a public review whenever a draft is changed but it could also apply to a published Project Specification as well.

Please enter one request ticket for each Special Majority Vote you are requesting. Do not group multiple ballot requests together in one ticket.

Contact Project Administration with any questions.

  • Please enter the full name of the Technical Committee or Open Project.

A red-lined comparison document is acceptable as a list of changes. The motion in the minutes or the ballot must include the title and version number of the of work and a link to the draft content that is to be published. If the draft is made up of multiple files, please package them into a single ZIP file and approve that so that there is no confusion later as to what the committee intended to be published.
