Request TC document folders be created

Use this form to request that TC Administration create one or more folders in the Document Repository section of your TC web pages.

Contact TC Administration with any questions.

Enter the name of the Technical Committee or the Subcommittee.
Enter the TC or SC email address. A copy of this request will be sent to that address.
List all folders to be created. If you wish subfolders to be created, please list the full path (i.e. root/folder/newfolder, etc.).
Provide any other information here.
