Request a template / starter document

Use this form to request that TC Administration create a starter document for a TC work product. See Starting a Working Draft for background information.

Please submit one request for each Work Product. Do not group individual Work Products together in a single ticket.

Contact TC Administration with any questions.

Enter the TC email address. A copy of this request will be sent to the TC.
Enter the working title and version number for this Work Product. See the OASIS Naming Directives, Work Product Title/Name and Acronym for rules governing work product titles.
Enter a short lowercase abbreviation for the work. See the OASIS Naming Directives, Rules for URIs and Resources for rules governing work product abbreviations (e.g. no UNDERSCORE or SPACE characters).
Select the track for this Work Product. See Stages in an OASIS Document's Lifecycle for an explanation of Standards track and Non-Standards track work products.
Provide a brief description of the purpose of this document.
Select the format for your template. For custom TC publishing (e.g. using XML or TeX), provide details in the Notes box.
Enter the names of the chair(s) as they should appear on the template. Use the form name, email address, and the name of the OASIS member company or "Individual member."
Enter the names of the editors as they should appear on the template. Use the form name, email address, and the name of the OASIS member company or "Individual member."
If the work product will contain one or more declared namespaces in machine readable files, list them here. See the OASIS Naming Directives, XML Namespace Identifiers and Namespace Documents for rules governing namespaces.
