Subject: L&T git repo is a read-only archive

We have completed the first draft of the L&T 2.0 rework, but in preparing my pull request I realized that the dita-learning-training repo was archived in 2019 so it’s read only. Have we already discussed this or do we need to reach out to OASIS to re-instate the repository?
