2. Announcements
    -  ConVex https://convex.infomanagementcenter.com  is scheduled for 8-10 April 2024 in Minneapolis. The call for speakers is expected to close on ?
    -  Adobe DITA world  https://2024-adobe-dita-world.meetus.adobeevents.com is scheduled for May 2023. If you are interested in speaking, send an e-mail to techcomm@adobe.com.
- Leroy; link is still active; I just submitted mine. want to know if anyone is doing dita 2.0 for ConVex
- Robert; I'm doing DIAT 2.0 for ConVex.
- Leroy; I want to make sure we're doing the same things and not conflicting. my take is more of a practical approach. want to look at the new features live; is there any good content that's representative of new features ?
- Kris; not publicly available; you'll run into limitations of where there's dita 2.0 tool support for new features
- Robert; one good way is to look at release notes for prev releases.

        Scott and Eliot: Start to update L&T files to work with 2.0 base. In progress


4. Review A, 2024: Glossentry and abbrev-form elements
        Opening of review (Eberlein, 23 January 2024)  https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/202401/msg00009.html
- Kris; note that I included PDF and a link to info about doing reviews. PDF has both element content and high-level architectural content about reviewed items; it has an arch. section about glossary and terminology mgmt, and all the elements for abbrev-form and glossary domains.  The TOC in CF is a bit malformed, but all the topics are there.  There are already a number of draft-comments from Dawn, Robert, and me, but we need a really thorough review from the whole TC. 
- Robert; some  draft comments are things we discussed in TC but didn't resolve. Some are really old.
- Kris; this is the time to really clean up this content. The abbrev-forms and glossentry domains were introduced in 1.2, so we know it's not up to 2.0 standards.  Please give it a really hard look.


5. Work on new wiki

6. Report from LwDITA subcommittee (Wegmann)
- Frank; the last real business meeting was back in Dec, We just met yesterday, but mostly covered changed infrastructure, and started to use the Github wiki, so there wasn't a lot of progress on LwD itself.  Some planned work wasn't completed last year, but  I couldn't get to it because of some turmoil at SoftwareAG because some of the business was sold to IBM, so it's a bit delayed. 
- Kris; what about your place in SoftwareAg?
- Frank; looks like I'll be staying with SoftwareAG, but I'm not completely sure.

Other:
- Kris; we're ending meeting early, so please spend the rest of meeting time doing glossary/abbrev-forms review.
