So what doesn't seem to be explicitly mentioned is what happens to those 
of us who are not formally OASIS members, but have been participating in 
the mailing list nonetheless as interested "observers", shall we call 
it.  The materials that have circulated all seem to be aimed only at 
members.

So just curious...
