With the caution that I may be mis-reading your proposal, here is one 
cut at 19.227 draw:text-style-name

The draw:text-style-name attribute specifies a style for formatting of 
text in a shape.

The formatting of text in a shape is determined by:

1) Styles directly assigned to text in a shape.

2) Styles assigned by the draw:text-style-name attribute (this attribute).

3) Styles assigned by a draw:style-name attribute.

****The first applicable style excludes those that follow.**** I know 
what I want to say here but this isn't it. Suggestions?

The value of this attribute is the name of a <style:style> 16.2 element 
with a style:family 19.480 attribute value of paragraph.
