Part 2:
The Annex A and Annex B which Chet mentioned have the correct style but 
a wrong list level. Set the cursor in the heading. Then the 'Bullet and 
Numbering' toolbar should open at the bottom of the Window. Use the icon 
'Demote Outline Level with Subpoints' to set it one level down. That is 
the icon with the two arrows pointing to the right.

The new part Bibliography needs to be integrated. It can either be part 
of the Annexes or of the normal text. Depending on that decision, its 
heading can get the correct style. Currently it has some direct 
formatting and shows not up in the Table of Contents. I would move it 
and make it a part of the normal text, which would be number 8. 
Otherwise it would be Annex E. Do you know where Chet wants it to be 
located?
