Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (OFFICE-4128) Allow value "line" for "char" anchored objects in style:vertical-rel (20.398 ODF 1.3)

Patrick Durusau updated OFFICE-4128:

> Since the start of OpenOffice.org using ODF it writes out the combination of text:anchor-type="char" together with style:vertical-rel="line". But it is not allowed according table 'Vertical Relation Values' in section style:vertical-rel (20.398 ODF 1.3).
> Word uses this kind of positioning as value "Line" in its UI. Word writes its out as text:anchor-type="paragraph" but positions the object markup in file as if it has text:anchor-type="char", violating the requirement for text:anchor-type (20.418 ODF 1.3). So Word too cannot write out its layout as valid ODF because of the missing possibility to use "line".
