{{page-content-top}}: vertical position of frame positioned relative to the top edge of page content area.

_-Â add_ {{page-content-top}} _to Table 24 with 'X' in columns representing values_ '{{page}}'_,_ '{{paragraph}}' _and_ '{{char}}' _(of attribute_ {{text:anchor-type}}_):_
