Issue #49 requires further work on the process for generating schema text (the grey boxes in Part 3). It raises the question of whether the TC would wish to approve a Working Draft (simple majority vote) before the generated schema text is added, or after it has been added, and whether errors and omissions in the generated schema text are acceptable at this stage.
