Please note that there are several options to be takenÂinto account, like observances (see URLs above) and Germany has holidays in different Federal states.

In additionÂthere are some special handling required, like the time between x-mas and New Years day and/or the travelling day around Thanksgiving!

But the above should give us at least some head start!Â
