The migration away from Kavi has not yet started as we are still in testing/troubleshooting mode. I expect Scott to send many emails when we are ready to make the switch so hopefully everyone will be aware.Â

Regarding your issue, I thinkÂFrancis had it right. Sometimes we just see strange delays that we can't always explain. Glad the messages got through and I'm looking forward to a smoother process with the new platform.
