Business In Order

1 Meeting frequency & format
DR Agreement on new dates, no issues.

2 Specification Draft 05 [2] - Comments and discussion
DR Section 5 Introduction - complete - review - agreement. No further editorial is planned.
DR Section 6 Background - complete - review - agreement. No further editorial is planned.
DR Section 7 Models - in progress - review of work so far. No comments during meeting. Chair: please continue to review.
DR Section 10 Conformance. DR outlined the proposal outlined in [3]. Motion to accept the new conformance matrix defined in [3]. No opposed. Motion passed unanimously.

3 Schema Issues & Discussion
DR SPMLResponse resultCodes - do we have a full list? (HL) - possibly look at the base/extension model SAML took from SOAP. (DR) all please review the current model. If there is a flaw for .0 we need to address it now els we review again for 1.1
DR Defining attribute enumeration's or structures as discussed in [4]. Any strong feelings on this? None expressed. Members please review if this needs to be in the 1.0 specification. Unless it's already been done in today's new schema draft postings, table an agenda item for this issue for the next meeting.
ALL Agreement on deferring "Provisioning Service Description (PSD) - discussed in [5]. (DC) suggested we make this a schema embedded function. (JB) concern is that if this folds into schema, interpretability will be effected. WSDL looks like a better fit. (JB) to take an action item to look into a WSDL option for this and add an action item for next weeks agenda to conclude on this. (DC) concerns on how does this fit for other bindings. Need a means for *all* clients to query or identity what operations are supported by a PSP/PST. (DR) action item to table the Provisioning Service Description (PSD) (as discussed in [5]) fro next meeting.
ALL ProviderID mandatory. (JB) is there agreement that this element does not represent where the extended request comes from, it is who defined the new request type. (General agreement). Thought this was optional from F2F. Pending minutes, lets just vote here. (PM) - what does it mean if it is mandatory? (JB) - no real problem just an issue of redundancy. (DC) Issue is one of garanteeing uniqueness. Motion from chair to make the <spml:providerID> element mandatory in the ExtendedRequest schema. (JB) opposed. Passed through majority.

4 Catalyst Update
DR (DR) Discussion with Burton and rest of OASIS continues, any news on participation from anyone - final decisions in by 2/28/2003? (HL) probably that BEA will participate. (DC) BMC would like to confirm. (DR) please all start to collect a list of technical and marketing contacts ready for next week.
