I checked the roster and even with inactive members, we have only 26 
members.

It's a small enough number that once I take out members of the TC and 
staff, basically leaves IBM, Oracle, KDE, everyone else is accounted for 
in some way.

I'll starting mining for likely contacts at these three.

Pitch will be the same as I suggested for people who are already using 
ODF or something similar online.
