Title Should the SEE-RA used UML or BPMN?
Description 
This ballot aims to gather consensus on the use of either UML or BPMN for the specification of components in the SEE Reference Architecture as discussed in the phone conference on the 30th of January 2009. To aid in this discussion a comparison of the two possible approaches is described in [1]. Please read this document before casting your vote.
