Title Should the PSTC work on a RESTful binding to SPML?
Description 
Such a RESTful binding to SPML would probably be limited to synchronous operations.The RESTful binding would offer a simple way to manage the profile attributes and role-memberships of users, but would also support more complex provisioning use cases, such as managing the relationships between a user and accounts on multiple targets
