At the 29th January 2013 meeting, there was a successful motion to start an electronic ballot  to obtain consensus that the TC should close.

Please vote YES if you wish to see the TC closed down.
Please vote NO if you wish to see the TC continue its work.
An abstain expresses no opinion.

Under the TC process (https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#closingTC) this requires a full majority.
